When a network says no
Posts often half-work. Here is how to read that, and how to fix just the broken part.
Sending to five networks is five separate conversations, and they do not all have to go well. The most common outcome of a busy week is not success or failure but part posted — some of them took it and some did not.
So each network keeps its own answer. Open the post and every one you sent to says what happened, in that network's own words rather than ours. Their sentence is usually the whole explanation.
Fixing it
Correct whatever it complained about, then press Post now again. The networks that already took your post are skipped — they will not receive it twice. Only the ones that refused are tried again.
The usual reasons
- The connection expired. Go to Accounts and press Reconnect.
- The video is too long or too large. Every network has its own limit and they are not close to each other.
- TikTok will only post privately. Until TikTok has reviewed your setup it allows nothing else. Set that post's visibility to Only me, or wait for the review.
- It cannot fetch your picture. Some networks download images from your site rather than being handed them, so your site has to be reachable from the internet. Your developer will know what to do.
